Author's Cook: Recipes on The Recipe Weekly

While interviewing other authors and posting my opinion articles is something I definitely enjoy, and still do. I am also a recipe developer, foodie, food photographer, queen of recipe adaptation, and an experienced ten- year food blogger. This brings me to the fact-- that I have a new section over at my other blog that I call, The Recipe Weekly. In this section, - which is a food blog, you will find quick and easy recipes, meals to fix from the foods you already have on hand, cooking tips and tricks, health and nutrition articles, and more... With various types of delicious recipes available that will surely please all my viewer's tastes and likes.

Through my travels abroad, as well as on the WWW, I have met many interesting people--from all walks of life. I love to cook, and it seems that many of us have cooking as a common bond. And, because of that love and bond, I became a recipe developer and food photographer. I shoot photos of nearly everything I fix. Everything from the ingredients to the finished product. Often I adapt my recipes for a healthier version where I see fit. Hence, calling myself "Queen of Recipe Adaptation." I am very careful with the ingredients that I purchase to bake with--experimenting in what I call "The Test Kitchen." Which is nothing more than the kitchen in my home, but it is where I cook, bake, adapt, and of course, test everything that I fix--and is where all the cooking magic happens.

I am also a freelance writer-I've been writing since I was just a young girl, and started out with writing poetry, then moved into opinion articles on newspaper websites, then cooking and children's writing. Because of being an author, I meet many other authors... And this brings me to another section, on The Recipe Weekly, "AuthorsCook." Authors if you have not submitted your tried and true recipe, please do.
